So since I can’t seem to stop wearing my Taylor Swift concert t-shirt, I figured I would share three looks with one t-shirt. (I swear I wash it.)
First up, is a dressy look. I tucked the tee into a high-waisted black skirt which tied into the black trim on the collar and sleeves.
I found this Philosophy jacket at a secondhand store with the tags still on it. Scored this $100 piece for only $20 dollars. You never know what surprises you can find in thrift stores if you look hard enough. I really liked the way the color of the jacket paired with the color of Taylor’s shirt on her album cover.
I love pairing nude with pastels so I styled this look with simple nude sandals.
Dressing up t-shirts is one of my favorite ways to wear them. It’s so simple to take an otherwise plain t-shirt and make it a more chic ensemble with a skirt, an elegant jacket, and some heels.
Next up is a little bit of an edgier look.
Here, I paired the tee with a leather jacket and shorts. I always get compliments on these shorts and they were a steal at about $20 from Century 21.
I then added a statement necklace for a little bit more flare. This one is my Dylanlex lookalike from Urban Outfitters. I am obsessed with statement necklaces like these and I was so happy to find a version for under $100.
I finished off the look with some sandals from Just Fab.
For the last look, I went with a more casual vibe.
I will definitely be wearing this look in the fall. It is extremely comfy and the white converse are a great way to transition outfits from summer to fall.
This was by far the most fun I have ever had in a shoot.
You are never too old for a good slide.
This look is so easy to put together. Just grab a chambray shirt, some leggings, a beanie, and some converse and you’re all set.
And a swing set, of course.
