Raise your hand if you love a good leather jacket!
I decided to invest in a new one this fall and I’m obsessed with this one from Zara. The ribbed shoulders are my favorite detail in this simple, yet statement piece. It is the perfect amount of hardware, texture, and bad-ass vibes. Leather jackets instantly add attitude to any look.
To add a bit of contrast, I wore these printed pants from Banana Republic. They are fairly light so they are great for early fall when the temperatures are still moderately warm. And not to mention super comfortable.
With the statement jacket and printed pants, I kept the rest of the outfit neutral with a plain black crop top and booties.
My best friend Shelby visited from Florida this past week and stayed in Sylvan Beach.
Though it was definitely in its off-season, the lake view was still gorgeous as ever.
The abandoned amusement park however, felt a bit like Dismaland.
Which was pretty effing sweet.
Be sure to stop by Sylvan Beach if you’re ever in the area. It’s great for pictures, to take in the sights…
…and a perfect place to play with some leaves.
