Please excuse the lack of posts! (Insert busy interning excuse here) But, I am back for a quick outfit post!
One of my best friends visited me this past weekend so I took her to the High Line in Chelsea. I dressed pretty comfy as we walked all day.
I paired my new kimono (I am in love!) with a white tank top and slightly high waisted shorts. I bought these Wildfox shorts here at Century 21 for only $40 (Such a steal!) so naturally now I can’t stop wearing them. I always find amazing deals at Century 21. In fact, I just found a pair of shorts that are available on the Wildfox website for $150 and the same pair of shorts at Century 21 for $30. Check them out! Anyway, I’ve been really into classic looks and solid neutrals lately so I was excited to find this kimono at Marshalls that can go with just about anything. See, you CAN rock the kimono look even if you’re not completely into the bohemian style.
I just wrote up a quick trend piece on kimonos on the Cynthia Rose Facebook page so check it out here: https://www.facebook.com/cynthiaroseny

Also, featured in this post is my new baby: the Henri Bendel Carlyle Satchel. A What’s In My Bag/Handbag review will be posted soon!
Anyways, without further ado, here’s the outfit:
