TGIF!

I have to admit, I use the term TGIT way more than TGIF but ehh technicalities.

Speaking of, did you guys see Grey’s/Scandal/HTGAWM last night?! If you didn’t, don’t follow me on Twitter because I live tweet every week.

Did you like that? A little reverse psychology to follow me on other social media platforms?

Anyways!

On this day, some friends and I went to the Ithaca Commons for some dinner. It was a fairly warm day for fall so this outfit was perfect for the weather. In Central New York, we really do not get many nice fall days, we pretty much skip right to winter, so I try to take advantage of the few days we get!

I love contrasting unexpected pieces in an outfit so I paired a flannel with my new favorite leather jacket. I added a black floppy hat for some flair and warm socks to keep a cozy vibe. Balance is key to pulling off a contrasting outfit. The leather jacket and hat dress up the look while the socks and flannel keep it casual.

Who doesn’t love a good burrito? There’s a great Mexican restaurant on the Commons called Viva and they have huge burritos and amazing guac. I actually dislike avocado and guacamole but their’s had different spices and was even delicious to a harsh guac critic. Be sure to check it out and let me know in the comments below what your favorite Mexican dishes are!

Have a lovely weekend, darlings!

Nat
